Hot Stone Massage
A relaxing and therapeutic massage that combines massage and heat to the body. During a Hot Stone massage smooth flat stones that hold onto heat are applied to various parts of the body to help ease muscle tension and repair damaged tissue, the stones are used in place of the hands to glide over the body using massage strokes to offer relief or sore tired muscles and a deep state of relaxation.

Drift away into a deep state of relaxation with Enlightened Beauty's relaxation massage. A nurturing massage using light to medium pressure to help sooth and relieve tired tense muscles whilst also increasing oxygen and blood flow to assist in repairing damaged tissue. Lymphatic drainage techniques applied to aid in the removal of stagnate waste and energy.

Enlightened Beauty specialise in holistic skin and body care, using natural ingredients from the earth and nature whilst being free from any synthetic nasty and harmful ingredients where ever possible.
60 Minute Bare Roots Organic Facial $160
A facial for the mind body and soul.
This facial includes aroma breath work, a double cleanse with skin nourishing cleansers to clean yet nourish the skins barrier, followed by a creamy clay based, plant enzyme exfoliation under steam, an application of serums creams and oils are applied to to provide heavenly full face, neck, decolletage and scalp massage focusing on releasing muscle tension bringing oxygen and blood flow to the muscles and cells, followed with the ancient art of Gua Sha and lymphatic rolling to encourage lymphatic drainage and the removal of stagnant waste. A Microflora and Prebiotic Alga mask is then applied to infuse and lock in moisture and hydration ingredients to penetrate the skin. Whilst the mask is infusing active ingredients locking in vital moisture, a hand and arm massage is performed allowing all built up tension to melt away. the treatment is completed with SPF and home care advice.
45 Minute Deep Cleansing Facial $120
Short on time but feel your skin is in need of a deep clean? The deep cleansing facial is a facial focusing on deeply cleaning the pores and removing built up debris and redundant cells, including a double cleanse under steam to deeply clean the pores with the use of a ultrasonic spatula if needed to help release any pore blockages, an exfoliate is applied to help remove any rough surface cells from the skin to allow for maximum absorption of active ingredients. A mask is then applied suited to your skin concerns, followed by a dreamy head and scalp massage. The facial is then completed with serum, oil/moisturiser, spf and home care advice.
